Origin of our name
siiiiiixth (pronounced "six") — the English word "sixth," written with six small i's in a row.
The first meaning is six degrees of separation: anyone in the world reaches anyone else through just six acquaintances. You are closer to someone you have never met than you think. People and people, people and information, people and services — we want to build a world where these "in-betweens" connect gently, without collision.
The second is the sixth sense — the intuition that lives beyond the five senses, before words. It is quietly giving way to a new "something" that AI will come to carry. To find that yet-unnamed something before anyone else, and to give it form: that is the aspiration held in this name.
And then, the six i's themselves: Intelligence, Innovation, Imagination, Intuition, Interaction, Individuality. Not capital I's — six small i's, standing quietly at the same height. No one towering, no one missing. People and AI, side by side, each as themselves, creating what comes next.
Our motto — "For structures without collision." — is the sentence that follows this name. Lumen, transparent, ever-flowing, never stilled; Moss, deeply rooted, quietly receiving. Every product we make aspires to their "two as one."
