Origin of our name
siiiiiixth (pronounced "six") — the English word "sixth," written with six small i's in a row.
Each i is a pictogram of a person: a round dot for the head, a vertical stroke for the body. Six i's are six people standing side by side — six degrees of separation, the idea that anyone in the world is just six people away from anyone else.
And "sixth" is the sixth sense: the intuition beyond the five senses, quietly giving way to a new "something" that AI will come to carry. To find it before anyone else, and to give it form — that is the aspiration in this name.
