KK siiiiiixth (株式会社siiiiiixth, hereinafter “the Company”) sets forth the following rules regarding the handling of user information on this website (https://siiiiiixth.com, hereinafter “this Site”).
1. Overview
This Site is the Company's small corporate site. We do not collect information for advertising, cross-site behavioral tracking, third-party provision, or profiling. For analytics, only when a visitor opts in via the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate usage (never to identify individuals).
Information collection or transmission only occurs in the following situations:
- When a contact form is submitted (/contact): name (optional), email (required), subject, and message body
- When a visitor consents to analytics: aggregate browsing data via Google Analytics 4 (page URL, referrer, device/browser info, a random measurement ID, etc.; nothing is sent until consent is given)
2. Use of Cookies and localStorage
This Site uses the following cookies and localStorage entries to maintain display and functionality, and (only with consent) for analytics. No cookies are used for advertising or third-party provision. Google Analytics cookies are not set until you choose “Agree” in the cookie banner (Google Consent Mode v2).

3. External Transmission Disclosure (Telecommunications Business Act Art. 27-12)
This Site may transmit information from your device to the following external service providers. This disclosure is required under the revised Telecommunications Business Act Article 27-12 (external transmission rules, enforced June 16, 2023).
Cloudflare, Inc. (DNS / DDoS protection / image delivery)

- Periodic batch generation of the Company's character dialogue text (fallback when Anthropic fails)
- Destination:
- Japan (SAKURA internet Inc., Osaka)

- Only on the Company's scheduled batch jobs (never triggered by visitor action)
Anthropic, PBC (Claude API)
- Transmitted:
- Character dialogue prompts and monthly chronicle prompts (no user input is included)
- Purpose:
- Periodic generation of the Company's character dialogue text (primary)
- Destination:
- United States (Anthropic, PBC, San Francisco, CA)

- Only on the Company's scheduled batch jobs (never triggered by visitor action)
OpenAI, L.L.C. (image generation API)
- Transmitted:
- Company-defined prompts describing places/scenery (no visitor input or personal data is included)
- Purpose:
- Periodic generation of background images for the Company's character “world journey” posts
- Destination:
- United States (OpenAI, L.L.C., San Francisco, CA)

- Only on the Company's scheduled batch jobs (never triggered by visitor action)
xAI Corp. (Grok API)
- Transmitted:
- Company-defined prompts to fetch “recent world topics” (no visitor input or personal data is included)
- Purpose:
- Fetching topical ambience woven into the Company's character dialogue
- Destination:
- United States (xAI Corp.)
- Trigger:
- Only on the Company's scheduled batch jobs (never triggered by visitor action)
Resend, Inc. (contact-form email notifications)
- Transmitted:
- Name, email, subject, and body submitted via the contact form
- Purpose:
- Delivering /contact form submissions to our team via email
- Destination:
- United States (Resend, Inc.)

- Only on /contact form submission
All of the above are used only to the extent necessary for operation, delivery, and quality maintenance of this Site. They are not used for advertising, third-party provision, or profiling.
Google Analytics runs only when a visitor chooses “Agree” in the cookie banner (before consent, under Consent Mode v2, neither measurement cookies nor data transmission occur). Transmissions to Sakura AI Engine, Anthropic, OpenAI, and xAI occur only on the Company's scheduled batch jobs and never include visitor input or personal data. Transmission to Resend only occurs when the trigger condition above is met. When a visitor submits the /contact form, the content is persisted to our database (Railway Postgres, asia-southeast1) and then delivered to our team via Resend. The sender's IP address is converted to a SHA-256 hash combined with our internal secret before being stored; the raw IP is never retained.
4. Retention
This Site does not keep its own analytics database of profile views, link clicks, or login history (these features have been removed). Access logs recorded by this Site's delivery infrastructure (Cloudflare / Railway, etc.) on connection are handled according to the retention policies of each provider listed in “3. External Transmission Disclosure” above. Data measured by Google Analytics is deleted according to Google's retention settings (up to 14 months by default).
Inquiries submitted via the /contact form are retained for a reasonable period (typically up to one year) after the inquiry is resolved, then deleted. We do not retain them longer than necessary for response.
